296/944)  Home:  Mackeson XXX Milk Stout by Carib Brewers of Trinidad:  **;  a "triple stout";  4.9%;  brewed with the usual 4 ingredients  plus lactose, sugar and caramel;  dry, milk chocolaty nose;  rich sweet milk chocolate flavours with dry coffee notes at the finish; this is not as cloyingly sweet as many Caribbean stouts can be - even then, these are very good for cooking:  adding them to spicy dishes off-sets the heat and adds to the overall party;
