105/1379)  Monk's Kettle, Etobicoke:  La Formidable by Beau's All Natural Brewing of Ontario:  **1/2;  6.9%;  floral, piney nose;  sharp, bitter lingering after taste;  bitter hop flavours;

This is also available bottled, much less successfully in my experience.  My notes make mention of musty yeast and hospital sanitizer notes.  This is originally by Oregon's Gigantic Brewery.  The idea behind Beau's b-side brewing label is to allow foreign brewers to make their beer at Beau's location and avoid the red tape of importing their wares into Ontario.

106/1380) Monk's Kettle, Etobicoke:  Dutch Pale Ale by Oast House Brewers of Ontario:  *1/2;  5.5%;  I am told it is the yeast strain makes it Dutch;  sweet, malty, fruity, yeasty nose;  yeasty malty nutty flavours;

107/1381) Monk's Kettle, Etobicoke:  Release The Hounds by Big Rig of Ontario:  *1/2;  6.2%, 75 ibu;   a black IPA;  malt and coffee nose with a hopped edge;  hoppy bite with a malty after taste;
