180/1998) The 3 Brewers, Heartland:  She Is The Darkness by the 3 Brewers of Ontario:  **;  there are two casks this Thursday;  the first is Rhiannon casked with oak;  sweet nose reminds me as much of maple as oak;  sweet with berry notes;  a bit of licorice towards finish;

181/1999) The 3 Brewers, Heartland:  Insatiable Lust by The 3 Brewers of Ontario:  *1/2;  thier saison with coriander, lime peel, sea salt and lactic acid;  a salty sour;  the lime hits the nose first but with a salty dimension;  tastes of lime with coriander - lactic acid is very much in the background;  salty throughout especially towards finish and salt dominates the aftertaste along with the lime;
